OSX Mavericks Side-scrolling Lag in Launchpad

After upgrading to the Mavericks OSX, I noticed issues with the side-scrolling while in the launchpad. There's a lag or delay and sometimes it gets caught in the middle of the page. Please reply below with your solutions.
